Any message or piece-of-interest details you send us
Delivery address and phone number (only if you buy something)
Payment confirmation from our payment processor (we do not store full card details)

To process and deliver your order
To meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you specifically ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the third parties we genuinely need to use — for example our payment processor, our delivery partner if one is arranged, and our accountant. Each handles your data under their own data protection obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months. Order and tax records are kept for at least 6 years to comply with HMRC requirements.
