How do I buy a piece?

Every listing has an enquiry button that opens WhatsApp or email. We confirm availability, agree delivery or collection, and send a payment link. We do not take card details on this site.
What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal (card or PayPal balance) for online orders, bank transfer (BACS) on request, and cash on collection from our Dartford location. We invoice you once the piece and delivery are agreed.
Is your website secure?

Yes. The whole site runs over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. We do not store or process card details on our own systems — payments are handled by PayPal or your bank.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Free delivery in our Kent delivery area (CT, ME, TN, DA and BR postcodes). England-wide delivery is £100 flat per item. Collection in person from Dartford by appointment is always free.
Can I collect in person?

Yes — collection is welcome from The Tea Room, Charton Vale, Eglantine Ln, Dartford DA4 0LD, by appointment. Please contact us first so we can have the piece ready.
What condition are the pieces in?

Everything is genuinely secondhand, vintage or antique. We describe pieces honestly, photograph them thoroughly and sell as seen. Character marks, wear and previous repairs are part of the piece unless the listing says otherwise.
What is your returns policy?

For online and distance purchases, UK consumers have 14 days to change their mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Faulty items are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details on our Returns page.
